A Journey to NPV
Project finance is linked to a return on investment, often expressed as Net Present Value (NPV).
Time and again the NPV of a project is used to justify the capital investment, but all too often this committed NPV is not delivered due to multiple causes, chief amongst these is a failure of operational readiness. This is manifest through poor commissioning, delayed or slow ramp-up, frequent breakdowns due to inadequate maintenance practices or even a team that simply isn't ready to own and operate the new plant / equipment.
We can help. The journey starts with a diagnostic and ends with clients keeping their NPV promise.
